We assure you a unique design concept and a professional
service.
The scope of the design:
1. Preparation of the inventory drawings.
2. Preparation of the functional plan/layout.
Two alternative conceptual drawings containing
the draft of the furniture layout, floor arrangements,
ceiling design and lighting layout. The designing
work shall not be considered to be concluded until
the final acceptance of the design from the investor
is obtained.
3. The architectural design of the interior:
- The functional and aesthetic
design,
- The flooring design,
- The design of the lighting
system (the layout of the lamps and electrical
switches),
- The ceiling design – in
relation to the functional properties and the
lighting system,
- The bathrooms design,
- The layout of the water
faucets – in accordance with the designed functional
layout,
- The design of the architectural
elements
- The colour scheme – the
colour composition, textures and wall papers,
- The furniture design –
kitchen, wardrobe and bathroom furniture and
other items of furniture inseparably connected
with the designed interiors,
- The selection of the fabrics
– drapes, sheer curtains, roller blinds, etc.,
- The selection of all materials
necessary for the completion of the design and
the suggestions regarding the places where those
materials can be purchased, as well as the estimate
of the amount of specific materials needed for
the completion of the project,
- The selection of the household
appliances, bathroom fixtures, lamps and furniture,
- Consultations during each
stage of the design process and during the completion
works.
4. Supervisory
services rendered during the completion of the
works, including the coordination of the works.
The supervision shall include visits to the site,
in order to acquaint the contractors with the
design and to control the compliance of the works
with the design.
